How long will I have to shop?
Upon entry, you will have 45 minutes to shop.
Is there Parking?
Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Can I attend without a reservation?
Yes, walk-ins will be allowed provided a reservation cancelled or space allows.
In the event no reservations are available, please check back routinely. Slots may become available due to cancellations. Unfortunately, we're unable to hold or assign reservations for customers.
Can I cancel my reservation?
You may cancel your reservation at any point. Modifying reservation is only possible if there are available reservation times.
What payments do you accept?
Michael Aram accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Cash. All prices are in USD.
Will I be able to return my purchases?
All transactions made during the Warehouse Sale are final. There will be NO returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please ensure your total charge is accurate before leaving the register. *There will be no itemized receipts.
Can I bring a Guest or children?
Your reservation allows for one guest. Children are permitted but strollers are not.
What products will be for sale?
The Warehouse Sample Sale will include pieces by Marigold Artisans, along with discontinued, unboxed or previously returned Michael Aram pieces. The items in the sale are warehouse samples. The full and current Michael Aram catalog will not be available.
Will boxes be marked?
Since all transactions made during the Warehouse Moving Sale will be final, we will be marking packages and product to identify sale items. If an item isn't marked, it will be at checkout.
Can I shop virtually?
No virtual appointments are available. The sample sale discounts are only valid in-person at our warehouse location. Price matching is not available online or at any Michael Aram retail locations.
