I bought 2 boards, this
"I bought 2 boards, this one is fine, other one is missing knife when I first opened the box. I was shocked and waited total 13 days to hear update from support email, they promised a time to hear back from warehouse, and will update with me. But on that date there was no updated email, since then I followed up via email everyday wait for a week, still no reply. Try to called but no one answer, finally got some message but still got no update from support email, so I have to return the board. So you better finger cross if your board arrived fine and complete. If not it will be very frustrating to talk to them, I have to return the good board in the end because can not use it for 13 days since the missing knife."
