"My November 20th, 2022, order was for $1,129.58, including the Calla Lily Cake Stand as a gift to my friend. Thanksgiving passed by, but on 12/2/22 I received a damaged cake stand inside of a broken, messed up and ripped box. It was the calla Lilly cake stand dented and looked like a used one from the secondhand store, not the MA store. For 4 days I waited for the "approval" of my photos I took and submitted upon the stand's arrival. I have sent the cake stand back. On 12/12/22 the "funniest" letter I received from the MA system asking me to review the purchase! Was it a joke? Mockery? To my request to give the expected delivery date, I was told that their (MAram's co) priority is the Season Holiday orders and not mine. All my Holidays that passed - Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, my birthday, Christmas, and New Year, were not Michael Aram company's concern, probably, because the item was already paid for. I received the Calla Lily Cake Stand in the middle of January! I didn't receive ANY kind of apology from the company that didn't prioritize replacing the item, which was packed already damaged by their own not-supervised workers. My home is filled up with MA items, I bought a lot of gifts online and from the NYC store, which has the most polite and responsible people there. But after MA company let me down, I am not going to buy anything from Michael Aram company, and do not recommend such unreliable company to anyone including my daughters, my family and friends. It is shameless company that with no hesitation sends you damaged item. Don't forget that you are not their priority despite any money spent in the Michael Aram online store."
