Beautiful Tree, But Branch Broke

"I bought the tree in Feb. , 2025, through a local shop by phone. I was thrilled that it was on sale and shipping was free. I chose not to open it until this Christmas and one of the branches broke off. I know it's too late to return, and yes, it's my bad for not opening it immediately, but even at nearly a year old, branches shouldn't break! I'm hoping to get instructions on how the branch can be repaired. I tried epoxy glue but it didn't work. I love everything Michael Aram creates and have a huge collection of his ornaments meant for the tree, so I really hope it can be repaired."
