"Could not be more disappointed in Customer Service. I received broken, sent photos of damage, and I am still being forced into the inconvenience of returning a broken plate rather than being sent a replacement based on photos sent. I expect much better from a reputable, high end, establishment and have to strongly think about whether I will order from them again."

"This is probably my favorite of the dinnerware designs. It's finely made with beautiful details and pops of color. And, it's okay in the dishwasher or microwave, although it's so nice that I often wash the dishes by hand. For me, it makes a snack or a full dinner special!"
