"The product itself is beautiful, but I ordered it in late November and it took a full month to arrive which made it arrive to my Mother after Christmas. I ordered it early and had it sent to my house in order to wrap it and send to my Mom. I couldn’t get any information on shipping status along the way. I reached out by phone and email to no avail. They couldn’t tell me if the product was unavailable or anything related to why it hadn’t been shipped. In this day and age people want things quickly. I don’t think however, it should take a full month to receive an item. Won’t be ordering from them again."

"I purchased the demi-tasse as a treat for my daughter and her fiancé, soon to be married. They love the pattern and received other items as wedding gifts from their registry. But I was shocked and embarrassed to see, once my daughter opened the package that they are made in China. And Made in China is stamped on the bottom of each piece. Had I known, had it been revealed on the Michael Aram website, I would not have purchased this. I eschew items made in China and am quite unhappy about this."
