While I love the item,
"While I love the item, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It took about 4 weeks for this item to ship with no communication at all. When I reached out to customer service to check the status of my order it took about 5 days for me to receive a response to my email. The response said that the item would ship within 7-14 days of placement. That was not the case. If you can’t fulfill orders promptly during the holiday season, you should let your customers know up front."
