"I was so excited to receive these candleholders, but when they arrived they were chipped in the corner and looked used. I put in two candlesticks and unfortunately they wouldn’t even stand up straight. Customer service was awful and rude. I told them my issues, and the women I interacted with via email was terrible and not helpful. I returned the huge box, but she didn’t want to do anything for my trouble even when the mistake was on Aram. Awful awful."
