"I was very disappointed with the condition of the frame I received. It arrived with multiple scratches and was covered in fingerprints, making it look used instead of brand new. What made the situation even more frustrating was that this was a birthday gift for my friend, and it arrived on the same day I was supposed to give it to her. I had no choice but to quickly clean it up myself before gifting it. For a luxury product, I expected much better quality control and presentation. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations."
