I really didn't know how

"I really didn't know how to grade this at all. I absolutely loved the piece but the first box, I opened, smelled so bad of mildew, all the wrappings inside and the cloth pouches they were in that I had to return it. They were so very nice and sent me another but when I opened this one up, the chemical smell blew me away I didn't even take it out of the box. They were so so so nice on the phone. They are even sending me a little product of theirs for my inconvenience. I truly love the peace it is absolutely stunning, but I've never received anything that way before. I've ordered many things from them and for my daughter also and everything came so beautifully wrapped, and there was no bad smell opening up any of the other items that my daughter and I got so I don't know what's happening there . They do make a wonderful product, and the customer service was above and beyond."
