"I love everything Michael Aram and own a few other pieces. However, the salt and pepper just do not work well. Instead of keeping it as decoration, I decided to use it for special occasions. Salt and pepper didn't come out easily bc the holes are too small and it got all rusted."

For a brand at this price point, I expected far better craftsmanship and durability. What’s even worse is their customer service. They clearly don’t care about their customers. When I reached out about an issue, I received no real help and very poor communication. It feels like once you make a purchase, you no longer matter to them. I bought a several things and all things not good quality Overall, I would not recommend this brand. Definitely not worth the money."
"Loved this set but as others have said, not practical as the salt will corrode and you can’t open the shaker. Tried the recommendations and it discolored the outside of the shaker. Can’t get the bottom back on either. Bottom line. Don’t buy it."
