"I got one season out of what was supposed to be an heirloom quality piece. Glue on the bottom failed and the “snow” is coming out. It spend its life in the box in a climate controlled space and by the second Christmas it was ruined. Conveniently, it’s out of warranty by the time it comes out of the box for the second season, and customer service just sent me a response with the text of their warranty. Beautifully designed but poor quality, and they refuse to stand behind it. Lesson learned on this brand. I actually already spend thousands buying the gold nativity set that matches this ornament. Hope it holds up better, but i wont be spending that kind of money on Aram again."
