"I grew up around pomegranates - from their use as natural dyes on the antique rugs I used to crawl on as a baby to an integral ingredient in the food that I love. When I'm at my home in New Delhi, I wake each morning to the taste of fresh squeezed pomegranate juice. The color, the smell, the delicate flavor all make it feel like a magical elixir to me."

"Beautiful candlesticks, but the plating began to spontaneously flake off after 9 months of very light, careful use -- not even any cleaning! They told me that, because we bought from Macy's rather than directly from the company, they would provide no assistance. So they don't really stand behind their products. Just because they're expensive doesn't mean they'll last a lifetime. It was very satisfying to tell Macy's they shouldn't carry products from companies that don't warranty their merchandise."
