One of the happiest days of the year, Christmas morning is a time for the whole family to come together and open presents with glee before sharing a mouthwatering meal. Whether you’re looking for something sweet or savory, we have rounded up our top picks for a delicious Christmas breakfast worth trying out this holiday season.

On Christmas morning, the last thing you want to worry about is whipping up an extravagant meal. Luckily, each of these crave-worthy breakfast recipes can be prepared ahead of time. All you have to do is pop them into the oven when you wake up and breakfast will be ready by the time your family has finished opening presents.

All of these amazing recipes can be recreated in our Michael Aram over-to-table porcelain dishes for an elevated touch to a magical morning!

Eggs Benedict Casserole

  • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 12 English muffins
  • 10 ounces Canadian bacon or thinly sliced ham, chopped
  • 16 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups low-fat milk
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • Hollandaise sauce and chopped parsley to serve

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and spread 2 tablespoons of butter evenly across a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Tear the English muffins into 1 ½-inch pieces and spread over the baking dish, then drizzle the remaining butter on top before adding the chopped ham.
  • In a large bowl, add the eggs, milk, cream, garlic powder, nutmeg, dried mustard, and salt, then whisk until well combined. Pour the egg mixture into the baking dish so that it completely covers the bread.
  • Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and store in the fridge until ready to cook.
  • On Christmas morning, bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, sprinkle with paprika, and bake for another 25 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked in the middle.
  • Top with Hollandaise sauce and chopped fresh parsley, then serve.
