All you have to do is pop them into the oven when you wake up and breakfast will be ready by the time your family has finished opening presents.

Eggs Benedict Casserole
Ingredients:
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 12 English muffins
- 10 ounces Canadian bacon or thinly sliced ham, chopped
- 16 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups low-fat milk
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon sweet paprika
- Hollandaise sauce and chopped parsley to serve
Recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and spread 2 tablespoons of butter evenly across a 9x13 baking dish.
- Tear the English muffins into 1 ½-inch pieces and spread over the baking dish, then drizzle the remaining butter on top before adding the chopped ham.
- In a large bowl, add the eggs, milk, cream, garlic powder, nutmeg, dried mustard, and salt, then whisk until well combined. Pour the egg mixture into the baking dish so that it completely covers the bread.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and store in the fridge until ready to cook.
- On Christmas morning, bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, sprinkle with paprika, and bake for another 25 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked in the middle.
- Top with Hollandaise sauce and chopped fresh parsley, then serve.

Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 35 ounces Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls (with frosting)
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup maple syrup
Recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spread the butter into a 9x13 baking dish until fully covered.
- Cut the cinnamon roll dough into 8 round pieces and place them in the baking dish. Set the frosting aside.
- In a medium bowl, add the eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, and vanilla. Whisk until thoroughly blended.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls, then pour ½ cup of the maple syrup over the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and fluffy.
- Warm the cinnamon roll frosting in the microwave.
- Pour the remaining maple syrup over the cinnamon roll bake and drizzle with the warm frosting just before serving the dish.
