With Cinco De Mayo around the corner, we wanted to create a dish that celebrates the Mexican culture and traditions.

Avocados are such a rich fruit in México, they’ve become a well-known symbol of their heritage. The history of this popular treat dates back to the Aztec Empire during the 1500s. The Spaniards also loved this treat but had trouble growing them in Spain, leaving guacamole a more popular Mexican food in the Americas.
